Mark C. Overturf
Mr. Overturf has been practicing civil litigation for over 20 years. His experience and knowledge includes all areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury and appellate advocacy.
While attending the University of Denver College of Law, Mr. Overturf was the Articles Editor for the Transportation Law Journal. He was also the recipient of the William E. Doyle Award in 1983 as the outstanding Barristers Cup Advocate. Among his other achievements were Regional Champion of the ABA Appellate Advocacy in 1984, and the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Regional Champion in 1985.
